Michal Zielinski from Warsaw, the pre tournament favorite captured the Polish Under-19 Championships on the 24th of February in Lodz.

The event was held over two days on the 23rd and 24th in Frame and Snookeriada clubs in Lodz and Zielinski took top honours winning the event for the second year in a row.

Zielinski was just too strong for his opponents and defeated Adam Stefanow from Kozichow in the final. The two semi finalists who picked up the bronze medals on the day were Michal Golabek from Radom and Bartek Zacniewski from Szczecinek

Michael will be joined by Adam and Bartek in Scotland next month when they represent Poland in the upcoming European Under-19 Championships.
