This was the second event of the season in Ireland with the Top 3 qualifying for the World Under-21's in Perth next summer and Hogan ran out an easy winner this time round after
slipping up in the first event.
The Nenagh youngster overcame Tony Moore in the final with ease but Moore impressed in the early rounds seeing off Stephen Reddington, Andrew Gray and Keith McGibney to reach the
final. McGibney had caused the shock of the early rounds beating No.1 seed Greg Casey in the last 16.
Moore also picked up the high break with an effort of 95.
