Sponsored Players

A Helping Hand

We have over the last couple of months sponsored a number of young players with new cues from Mastercue. Vincent Muldoon would be the most high profile one but we have also sponsored two young Irish lads who are only starting out in the Irish Under-14 series and we believe young Ross Doyle and Stephen Bateman could well be ones to watch out for in the future.

Vincent had his cue custom made for him after meeting Ukrit from Mastercue in Thailand during the World Championships. 5 weeks later the cue arrived and it certainly suited him as he won his first Irish Senior Ranking event with it after just 3 days practice with it back in January.

Vincent has since won the 6th ranking event and the National Championships finishing No.1 in Ireland and will now receive Ireland's nomination for a WSA Main Tour place next season.

Both Ross and Stephen both  picked out a 57" Pyargon cue each and have been playing with them since February. Both Ross and Stephen will now compete for Ireland during the summer in Internationals against Northern Ireland and Wales. Ross at only 11 years of age is very young but Stephen will be the youngster Irish International ever when he competes at only 9 years of age.
